Delivery:

We offer FREE delivery for order $150 and above.
For orders below $150, there will be an additional $10 delivery charge.

Delivery will take around 1-3 working days once we dispatch to the courier. Should you need a next day delivery, please inform us and we will put in the best effort to make it happen, however we do not guarantee that it will be delivered next working day. We do not deliver on Public Holiday.

Orders will only be processed during our office operation hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:30pm.

Delivery may be delayed if:
a) your address is incomplete.
b) you did not provide us with a valid phone number or email address.
c) we are unable to get in touch with you to verify your order.
d) stock is unavailable 

Self-Collection:

Self-Collection is available for customers who prefer collecting their orders at our office.
Orders have to be placed on our website first before collection.
We will inform you via e-mail/call for collection time and date.

Self-collection is only available on Mon-Fri (not including Public Holiday).
